122 km Hands Ride 2014 Day 2 Hua Hin to Pra Chuab
Day 2 and we cracked the 100km mark. The day started with a tad less than the optimum amount of sleep overnight and a small hangover. Nothing like riding 122kms in the heat to deal with that.
Our Hotel the Imperial Hua Hin was near the Kings Summer palace which we rode past first up. The King is in residence even thought it is winter and the fences were all decorated with yellow flags and cloth.
A great varied day of riding- through Hua Hin, some single track around a lake, back roads and highways, hot inland straights and coastal reaches, finishing at a hotel with spectacular views of the bay.
A few spills today and some skin lost but nothing serious. A day where newish riders find their feet and many celebrate joining the 100km club.
